  • Diagnostic error

    Parts that aren’t necessary due to a diagnostic error cannot be returned.

  • Shipment costs on return

    Shipment costs are always for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by one of the employees of Focus Automotive.

  • How does warranty replacement work?

    You send the product back at the request of Focus.

    The moment this product has been received back it will be checked and replacement product will be sent.

  • How does the return procedure work?

    In case of a broken or wrong product you must always contact an employee of Focus Automotive.

    In the first instance, Focus will try to supply a replacement product. If the product is no longer available, you can opt for a refund.

    The moment the refund has been agreed by one of our colleagues, we will ask you to send back the product with a copy of the invoice and your account number.
